TXCPA Rio Grande Valley Named 2025-26 Outstanding Small Chapter

TXCPA Rio Grande Valley was recognized as the Outstanding Small Chapter during the awards luncheon on June 25 at TXCPA’s Annual Meeting of Members in San Antonio!

TXCPA Rio Grande Valley had an outstanding year of growth, engagement and service, making a lasting impact through membership growth, pipeline development and community outreach. The chapter connected with more than 700 students through university, college and K–12 outreach programs, awarded $8,250 in scholarships and provided 32 hours of CPE for members. Through volunteer efforts, including the 4th Annual Walk the Dogs service project, the chapter demonstrated its commitment to both the profession and the community. Congratulations to Immediate Past President Art Lopez and the entire chapter on this well-deserved honor!
